Vertowise started as a tool to solve a real problem in a real clinic — not as a generic SaaS pitch.
I'm Abdulkareem, a physiotherapist working in musculoskeletal and neurological rehab. Like most PTs, I was running my patient records, exercise handouts, and billing across a mix of spreadsheets, paper, and whatever app happened to be open that day — and none of it talked to each other.
I built Vertowise to fix that for my own clinic first. It's grown from there, but it's still shaped by day-to-day clinical work, not by what looks good on a features list.
I'm currently continuing my clinical education toward an MSc in physiotherapy, and Vertowise keeps evolving alongside that — grounded in what actually helps a working clinician.

Patient records in one place, exercise handouts in another, billing in a third. The same details typed three times over — and still something missing when a patient asked a simple question.
Hospital systems assume a hospital. Generic clinic tools assume a GP. Neither assumes a physiotherapist with a home programme to send and a range of motion to chart.
Plenty of tools flip the layout and call it localisation, while the pages that actually reach the patient — their exercises, their questionnaire, their reminder — stay in English.
Four rules. They have cost me features I wanted to build.
Every feature had to earn its place on a real caseload. If it did not help me finish my day sooner, it did not ship.
No invented statistics, no borrowed testimonials, and nothing described in the present tense before it exists. What is not built yet is published as a roadmap, not implied as a feature.
Arabic and English are both first languages here — the interface, the patient pages, the questionnaires and the messages, with proper right-to-left layout throughout.
I am still treating patients every week. Everything gets tested on my own caseload before it reaches yours.
